Trip Advisor Quotes:
“Amazing!”
It was mine and my fiancé’s first stay at a B&B and without a doubt, this will the only one we will ever stay at in Napa. The House is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. First off, Innkeepers Candy and Dan are WONDERFUL!!! These two are enough to make you want to stay here. So personable and make you feel more than welcome. We didn't know what to expect, given that this was our first time and being a younger couple who has only been accustomed to hotels. Candy and Dan make you feel like your family and literally, can talk to you about anything! We were given such rich history about the house itself and how it came to be the Arbor House over a year or so ago. I could go on and on about those two! The House was beautiful, inside and out. Candy put so much heart and soul in every detail of it. It's so classical, but yet so modern. We stayed in the "Enchanted Dream" room w/ the Jacuzzi bathtub which was exquisite. We elected for the couples massage in our room and our massage therapist Diane, Candy's own daughter, has the best hands ever. We definitely suggest adding this spa treatment to your stay. It was exactly what we were looking for to end our evening. Breakfast was delicious, perfectly balanced to start the day off right. Candy gave us great suggestions about perusing Napa's wineries, restaurants, and visiting the Castello di Amorosa castle in next door Calistoga which is a must see! We wished we could have stayed at the Arbor House more than a day but next time, we definitely will. We loved our first trip to Napa and Candy and Dan were so much a part of it. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

“Delightful, immaculate, smaller B&B, with exquisite gardens.”
What we liked:
A smaller, cozy B&B. IMHO, many of the Napa B&Bs have too many rooms/guests and are more akin to small hotels/lodges. The ABH maintains the feel of a true B&B.
The flower gardens, rose bushes and trellises were a treat. Many photo opportunities on-site.
Our hosts were friendly and helpful. They have extensive knowledge of the Napa winery scene. They were happy to help with tour reservations, restaurant recommendations, etc. and they had numerous winery tour/tasting discount options.
Breakfasts were excellent, with extra effort taken on presentation. The same was true of the evening wine and appetizer mixer.
We stayed in the La Stanza room, which is one of the two, least expensive rooms. It was comfortable, clean, up-to-date, with a full bath and a small sitting area.
Availability of spa services, in-suite.
What we did not like:
Nothing, we will surely stay here again, when in Napa

“Loved our stay at the Arbor Inn”
We found this gem on Trip Advisor and are so glad we did!
Everything you have read is true. The B & B is lovely and Dan and Candy are wonderful hosts.
After much research we finally decided to stay in the town of Napa at the Arbor Inn. The Inn is located on a quiet street in a residential neighborhood. It is about a 15 min. walk into the town of Napa, with easy access by car to Hwy 29.
Dan and Candy have totally remodeled the Inn and the décor is lovely. We stayed in La Stanza which is beautiful and looks exactly as it does on the website. The room was spacious and comfortable with good quality linens and a sparkling bathroom. Everything was spotless and there were lots of personal touches.
The common areas are well appointed and the grounds are beautiful. We felt very comfortable during our stay.
A gourmet breakfast was presented each morning from 8:30 to 9:30. We stayed 3 nights and each morning had a different menu; all were delicious. They were able to accommodate my husband’s food allergy with no problems. Each day from 5:30 to 6:30 pm Dan and Candy hosted a reception offering a glass of wine and a varied selection of appies. This was a really pleasant way to meet others and ask questions to make the most of our time in Napa. Of course if you’re not the social type, there is no obligation to participate, but we really liked it.
Dan and Candy obviously love what they do, and were very gracious about helping us to make decisions about which wineries to visit and planning our day. They also provided some coupons for wineries, which was very much appreciated. They have put together a binder of menus from restaurants in Napa, which was helpful as well. They made us aware of special events that were happening in Napa on the evenings we were there which turned out to be great fun.
All in all, we had a fantastic time in Napa and would stay at the Arbor Inn again.
